As a fulfilled chef-owner, I dedicate my life to the art of cooking, bringing to my restaurant experience gained throughout my 22-year career in Brussels' most prestigious establishments.

My career has been marked by exceptional achievements, the most recent of which was the restoration of La Villa Lorraine to its former splendor, crowned with a Michelin star. This experience reinforced my determination to follow my own gastronomic path.
Previously, at Chalet de la Forêt, I was Pascal Devalkeneer's right-hand man, actively contributing to the restaurant's two Michelin stars, from the opening to the acquisition of its second star. These successes forged my reputation for culinary excellence.

My career also led me to collaborate with other giants of Belgian cuisine, notably Alain Deluc at Barbizon (at the time one Michelin star) and Pierre Wynants at Comme chez Soi. These experiences instilled in me a rich and varied palette of flavors, inspiring my relentless quest for gastronomic excellence. As a proud member of Nord Sea Chefs, I am committed to the importance of sustainability in the kitchen. This association of Belgian fishermen and chefs promotes the responsible consumption of lesser-known fish, an approach that reflects my commitment to environmentally-friendly cuisine. My cuisine is an expression of my passion for authentic flavors and refined simplicity. It's rooted in tradition, yet imbued with the richness of local terroirs and the skills of passionate artisans who share my quest for excellence.
