Our Chef

Alain Bianchin

Alain grew up in the generous, sunny atmosphere of his grandmother's kitchen.

Awakened to the authentic taste of produce thanks to his roots in Venetian lands, and inspired by the classics of the great French tradition, today he creates his dishes by the force of his intuition, reinventing the forms and subtleties of gastronomic classics.

This is how he makes sure to create a unique experience, every time you return to sit at his table.

What he loves most of all is to see the emotion on the faces of the guests who taste his dishes.
